Each bedroom is it's own private suite with a TV, adjoined bathroom, and air control. The home also boats a fabulous game room on the third floor with a TV solely for gaming. The owners may leave paddleboards, canoes, bicycles and a golf cart for you enjoy the island life, just as it is meant to be enjoyed. While the amenities are available for you to use, they are not warranted, nor are they part of the rental fee. Deeded beach access is directly across the front yard, leading to an uncrowded shoreline, adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico. Non-smokers only. Smoking is prohibited on any portion of the property.
