Welcome to "Island Time"! This spectacular 4 bedroom, 3 bath home includes two master bedrooms, one is very private, located off the enclosed lanai from the main house. It provides quick beach access via a dedicated path and is located just south of town, with easy access to the Boca Grande Village via the golf cart and bike path that runs the length of the island. For additional convenience, the owners provide two bicycles for your use and also rent out a 6 seat golf cart. Relax and soak in the the Florida weather in the large screened-in outdoor space, enclosing the pool, porches and breezeway. Take a dip in the large salt water pool after exploring our town shops and restaurants. Rinse off the sand in the large decked outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Bring your boat and trailer, there is plenty of parking area where you can park them after a day of savoring the area's world class boating and fishing paradise. Once you settle in, you will not want to leave "Island Time".
