Each of the guest bedrooms step out to a balcony offering pretty views of the lake to the west. For convenience, the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, be sure to bring your favorite Keurig pods. The garage offers tandem parking, large enough for a car and a golf cart. Parking is available for additional cars. The community offers beautiful landscaping, three community pools, tennis courts, pickleball court, a croquet court, a fishing pier, boat docks and walking paths. Residing in Boca Bay also awards you with the option to purchase a membership at the Boca Bay Pass Club. This membership gains you access to the Pass Club's beach front swimming pool, members-only restaurant, a state of the art fitness center and 7 Har-Tru tennis courts. One month minimum, per the Association rules.
